Caroline's leadership in procurement has provided clients and suppliers with key insight into the challenges in engaging effectively with each other; and has resulted in implementation of new tools that drive efficiency, intergrity and cooperation across contracting industries.
She is an engaging and interactive conference presenter and procurement/ contract management coach, giving workshop participants excellent opportunities to exchange ideas, debate scenarios and consolidate the theory learned in practical, memorable and interesting ways.
In the past five years, Caroline has developed procurement tools that reduced tender evaluation time to less than half of its previous level, as well as providing a robust, fair, targeted and streamlined means of differentiating competing tenders.
These innovative tools have won several major awards; and have resulted in invitations to present at both national and international conferences.
